What is SAS Startup Lab?

SAS Startup Lab is an intensive 5-week incubator designed for students across Turin (UniTo, PoliTo, SAA, ESCP, and international exchange students). It guides teams step-by-step from raw problem discovery to pitching live on stage in front of startup mentors and investors.

The 5-Week Curriculum

• Session 01 — Problem Discovery: Team formation and falling in love with the problem.
• Session 02 — Validation Strategy: Customer interviews, market research, and testing hypotheses.
• Session 03 — MVP & Product Building: Prototyping minimum viable products without complex code.
• Session 04 — Pitch Deck & Storytelling: Crafting compelling investor pitch decks and financial models.
• Session 05 — Live Demo Day: Final pitch presentations on stage in front of mentors and guests.
